Halloween Phonics Games
In this bundle you will find two different phonics games with a Halloween theme to keep your students engaged.
The first game is a simple roll, move, read game board.
Directions: Place any manipulatives on the START. Students roll a die and move forward that many spaces. Students say the name and sound of the letter or the word. Then, it’s the next player’s turn. The first person to get to the end wins!
The second game is inspired by one of my favorite games (Candy Land).
Directions: Place any manipulatives on the START. Draw a card and move to that color. Read the word that you land on and then give the next player a turn. If you draw a double color card, move two spaces on that color. If you draw a picture card, move to that space (forward or backward). The first player to reach the end wins.
Both games have an EDITABLE VERSION for building your own game board. They also have premade game boards (a print and go style) that follows the LE Scope and Sequence.

letter sounds
Short a
short i
short o
short e
short u
ending ck
floss
digraphs
initial blends
final blends
r-controlled (long and short)
CVCe
